3. Products

We specialise in luxury hair accessories. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards, excluding American Express.

5. Discount Codes

First-time customers may use the code WELCOME10 for 10% off their first order. This offer is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other discounts.

6. Shipping

United Kingdom: We dispatch orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. Shipping fee: £3.90 for small parcels up to 2kg.
International: We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard. Europe: 3-5 working days. Worldwide: 6-7 working days. Prices vary by destination and parcel weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

7. Right to Cancel & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To return an item:

  • Email info@manedepartment.com within 7 days of delivery and ensure it’s sent back within 14 days of approval.

  • Return the item in its original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused pins that remain in their original packaging.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@manedepartment.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, photography and text, is the property of Mane Department Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
